Position Overview

Reporting to executive leadership, the Senior Director of Quality Control will oversee Rémy Jewellery’s global quality management and quality control operations, including product inspection, manufacturing quality standards, supplier quality management, and international compliance processes.

You will work closely with production, sourcing, product development, and operations teams to ensure that all high jewelry products consistently meet the company’s luxury standards and international market expectations.

This role requires extensive experience in luxury jewelry quality management, international production quality control, and cross-functional operational leadership within a global environment.

Responsibilities

Quality Control & Quality Management

Develop and implement global quality control standards and management systems

Oversee high jewelry product quality and production craftsmanship standards

Establish inspection procedures, product evaluation systems, and quality audits

Ensure products meet international luxury quality expectations

Production & Supplier Quality Management

Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to maintain product quality standards

Monitor supplier quality performance and manufacturing consistency

Improve quality inspection procedures and craftsmanship control processes

Support supplier quality improvement initiatives and risk management efforts

Inspection & Compliance

Establish quality standards for jewelry, gemstones, and materials inspection

Ensure compliance with international regulations and industry standards

Manage product certifications, testing procedures, and quality documentation

Reduce product risks and after-sales quality issues

Operations & Process Optimization

Improve quality management workflows and operational efficiency

Support digital transformation and system upgrades within quality operations

Develop reporting systems for quality analysis and performance tracking

Strengthen cross-functional collaboration and execution efficiency

Team Leadership

Lead and develop quality control and operational teams

Build efficient quality management and collaboration processes

Support professional training and talent development initiatives

Enhance team performance and operational effectiveness

Requirements

15+ years of experience in quality control, quality management, or luxury jewelry manufacturing

Background in high jewelry, luxury goods, or premium manufacturing preferred

Strong understanding of high jewelry craftsmanship standards and international quality systems

Experience working within international brands or multinational organizations preferred

Excellent quality management and process improvement capabilities

Strong supplier quality management and risk control experience

Ability to manage complex international projects and cross-functional collaboration

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

High level of accountability, execution ability, and results-oriented mindset

Experience supporting fast-growing international luxury brands is a plus
