We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Relations Specialist to join our Indianapolis team! In this role, you will serve as an important point of contact for homeowners throughout their window and door replacement projects, helping guide them through the installation process and ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Relations Specialist, you'll play an essential role in keeping projects on track and customers happy. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Build Customer Relationships: Communicate with customers throughout their projects, providing helpful information, answering questions, and setting clear expectations about the installation process.

Coordinate Project Scheduling: Manage installation schedules once products have been ordered, working closely with customers to coordinate convenient installation dates.

Keep Customers Informed: Proactively communicate scheduling updates, confirm timelines, and ensure customers know what to expect throughout the process.

Provide Exceptional Support: Follow up with customers before and after installation to address questions, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive overall experience.

Resolve Customer Concerns: Use strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills to navigate challenging conversations and find effective solutions.

Drive Customer Satisfaction: Help generate positive customer feedback and maintain Net Promoter Score (NPS) metrics to support our commitment to outstanding service.

Stay Organized: Balance multiple customer projects and priorities while maintaining accurate records and timely follow-up in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and enjoys being part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Required Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in an office and customer service environment.

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to confidently handle customer questions and concerns.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

A positive, professional attitude and the ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in challenging situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce.

Experience with scheduling, project coordination, or customer relationship management.

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Schedule & Work Location

Location: Onsite at our Indianapolis, Indiana office.

Schedule: Monday–Friday.

Hours: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
