Role summary
Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking a 1099 Kitchen Installer. This role involves installing home remodeling products, applying finish work, and ensuring customer satisfaction according to company standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience, knowledge of residential baths, windows, or kitchens, and possess an established LLC or business with worker's comp and liability insurance. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential. This position offers year-round work, paid training, bonuses, weekly direct deposits, and the potential to earn up to $300,000 annually with a flexible schedule.

The main duties include:
Install home remodeling products according to Renuity's standards and procedures
Apply finish work as needed for every application
Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
Qualifications:
3 years of residential remodeling experience; including trim and finish carpentry
Knowledge of residential cabinetry, cabinet installation, cabinet refacing, countertops, backsplash
Established LLC or Business running under EIN
Must have state contractors license
Must have general liability and worker's compensation insurance
Must have cargo van, box truck, shuttle, or vehicle capable of pulling a trailer
Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
