The Role: Customer Operations (Workers Compensation Claims)
As a Workers' Compensation Claims billing specialist at Revecore, you will make high-volume, outbound calls to investigate, bill, and maximize payments on medical claims to insurance companies, on behalf of our clients (hospitals and medical providers).
Training:

That's why we ask all new team members to be fully present each day, participate actively, and remain on camera.
Your Day:
You will be busy investigating and resolving troubled and/or denied workers' compensation claims. This will require a high volume of outbound calls to patient employers, insurance company representatives, attorneys and patients. Once confirmed, you will submit the bills and proper documentation to the insurance company, or the appropriate payer, ensuring maximized payments to our clients (medical providers). If the bills aren't paid correctly, you will review the information/documentation provided by the payer in order to determine what to do next. You will also contribute to your team by participating in special projects in order to achieve goals and ensure client success.
