Role summary

Rexco Equipment is seeking a Delivery Yard Coordinator to manage yard operations and deliver equipment to job sites. This role involves cleaning, servicing, and staging equipment, as well as safely operating a truck and trailer for deliveries. The coordinator will also interact with customers, provide basic equipment operation guidance, and ensure all logs and inspection reports are current. As an employee-owner, this position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to and benefit from the company's success. The ideal candidate possesses a Class A CDL, a clean driving record, and a willingness to perform hands-on work in an outdoor environment.

Keep the yard running and the equipment rolling, and own part of the company too.

Our customers count on the right machine, in good shape, showing up on time. You'll make that happen. Some days you'll be in the yard getting equipment cleaned, serviced, and staged for rental. Other days you'll be behind the wheel delivering it to job sites. As an employee-owner, the work you do helps grow your own stake in the company.

What You'll Get
ESOP ownership (Rexco is 100% employee-owned), 3 weeks PTO to start, then unlimited PTO after 2 years, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), life insurance, HSA and FSA.

What You'll Do

  • Run the yard. Keep equipment and attachments organized, staged, and ready to go out.
  • Keep machines ready. Wash, grease, and do light maintenance on equipment, such as oil changes, air filters, and tire pressure checks.
  • Deliver equipment. Drive our truck and trailer to job sites, load and secure equipment safely, and keep your logs and inspection reports up to date.
  • Take care of customers. Represent Rexco on deliveries, get signatures, and show customers how to operate their equipment.
  • Pitch in. Help the shop and the team wherever you're needed, and follow safety practices every day.

What You'll Bring

  • Class A CDL and a clean driving record
  • Experience hauling equipment or heavy loads, including securing loads with chains, binders, and straps, is a plus
  • Knowledge of construction or rental equipment is helpful in this role
  • High school diploma or GED
  • A willingness to work outdoors and get your hands dirty
  • A friendly, professional attitude with customers
