  • Protect sensitive technical and commercial data throughout transmission, computation, and storage in alignment with agreements
  • Coordinate project setup and closeout activities with supervisors and support staff
  • Monitor logged hours weekly, proactively identifying risks to the project budget
  • Facilitate or attend meetings with prepared materials to address technical or workload concerns
  • Submit time reporting promptly and accurately to support payroll and accounting teams
  • Communicate consistently with leadership on priorities, goals, and open items
The Experience We’re Looking For:
  • 5–10 years of experience performing power system studies and simulations
  • Strong skills in team leadership, delegation, and technical project oversight
  • Familiarity with utility standards, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot problems using a mix of technical judgment and software tools
  • Proficient in math operations relevant to power systems and engineering reports
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel for generating tables and visuals for technical documentation
  • Strong reading comprehension and written communication for reports, procedures, and manuals
  • Capable of presenting findings in Microsoft PowerPoint and writing reports in Word
