Role summary

Rocket Money seeks a remote, full-time Creative Project Manager to join its Marketing department. This mid to senior-level role serves as the operational backbone for creative production, managing digital ad creation, improving workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The PM will oversee project management for new product campaigns, ensuring timely delivery from concept to execution. Responsibilities include leading creative kickoffs, managing ad production pipelines, implementing AI solutions, and tracking performance metrics. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of project management experience in a marketing or creative setting, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with PM tools.

ABOUT THE ROLE 📋Rocket Money is looking for a Project Manager to join our Creative team. Embedded within Creative and working closely with Marketing, CRM, and other key partners, this PM is the operational backbone of how great creative gets made and shipped. You'll own the day-to-day production of our digital ad creative, drive process and tool improvements across the team, and serve as the connective tissue between creative, legal, and cross-functional stakeholders.

This role also supports project management for new product campaign launches, partnering with key stakeholders to keep initiatives on track from concept through delivery.

This is a remote, full-time mid to senior level position within the Marketing department's Creative team. Reports to the Team Leader, Project Management.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL: 🎯

  • Lead creative kickoffs for all major projects- owning the brief, aligning expectations, and setting strong creative direction from day one
  • Manage day-to-day digital ad production within our pod structure, ensuring seamless execution across net new assets, iterations, and multi-format resizes and variations
  • Continuously evaluate and improve creative workflows by identifying inefficiencies, implementing solutions, and refining briefs, templates, and tool configurations to increase team velocity and output quality
  • Champion AI solutions to enhance project delivery—actively test emerging technologies and translate learnings into actionable improvements that elevate team performance
  • Research, test, and roll out new tools- from project management platforms to automation solutions that enhance team capabilities
  • Create and maintain asset operations including Notion and Airtable tickets, version tracking, and Dropbox folder architecture
  • Scale ad production pipelines while managing change in fast-paced, innovation-focused environments
  • Own quality control and asset integrity—verifying proper uploads, naming conventions, and programming queue assignments to ensure flawless delivery
  • Deliver high-performance marketing ads under tight deadlines
  • Partner with legal to submit assets for review and track approval status
  • Track and report on key performance indicators- on time and in full delivery, revision time, and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Build playbooks and standards that document learnings and elevate the entire creative operation

  • 3-5 years of project management experience in a marketing or creative environment
  • A natural cross-functional collaborator who knows how to consolidate competing feedback and align stakeholders without losing momentum
  • Embraces innovation and continuous learning; interested in exploring how AI can optimize project delivery, timelines, and team collaboration.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong instincts around quality assurance, naming conventions, and asset management
  • Proficient with PM tools (such as Airtable, Notion, Wrike, Monday, Jira, or Asana)
  • Calm under deadline pressure with strong risk management and communication skills
  • Thinks strategically beyond task execution—proactively identifying opportunities to work smarter and elevate team collaboration

    • Salary range: $75,000 – $100,000/year + bonus + benefits. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
