Role summary
Rolling Suds of Westchester-Stamford is seeking a Business Development Representative for B2B field sales across Westchester and Fairfield Counties. This role involves generating new business by visiting commercial properties, meeting decision-makers, cold calling, and emailing. You will manage your own territory and pipeline, with a focus on closing deals for exterior cleaning services. The compensation includes a base salary, car allowance, and uncapped commission based on new property closures and repeat business. Prior sales experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided.
Benefits:
Rolling Suds of Westchester-Stamford
Base + Commission | B2B Field Sales | Westchester & Fairfield Counties
$6,000/month base salary. $500/month car allowance. That’s $78K/year before any commission. On top of that: 10% on every new property you close, 5% on repeat. Uncapped. At $250K in first-year sales, total comp clears $100K — and your book compounds from there.
35 zip codes across Westchester County and Fairfield County — Stamford, Greenwich, White Plains, Scarsdale, Rye, Norwalk. Your prospects are property managers, facility directors, and building owners sitting on some of the most valuable commercial real estate in the Northeast. Projects range from $2,000 to $30,000+.
You close the deal. Our operations team handles crews, scheduling, and delivery.
The Work
This is field sales. You’re in the territory 3–4 days a week — walking into property management offices, inspecting buildings, meeting decision-makers face to face. The rest is cold calls, cold emails, and relentless follow-up.
A strong week:
• 40+ commercial property visits
• 5+ estimates sent
• Every contact and conversation logged in CRM same day
• Follow-up on every open estimate within a week
You manage your own territory, your own pipeline, and your own schedule.
How You Get Paid
Commission is tied to the building, not the contact. A property manager you already work with gives you a new building — that’s 10%, every time. You get paid to grow relationships, not just maintain them. Paid monthly on collected revenue.
Commercial sales cycles run 3–9 months. Year 1 is pipeline-building — expect lighter revenue early, with real production by Q3–Q4 as relationships convert and compound. Property companies in this territory manage dozens of buildings. One relationship can turn into a portfolio of work, and every new building pays full commission.
What Matters
Persistence, coachability, and work ethic. If you’ve never sold exterior cleaning, that’s fine — we’ll teach you the service. B2B or field sales experience helps but isn’t required. No degree required.
- Bonus based on performance
- Competitive salary
- Flexible schedule
- Training & development
