RoyPow is seeking a detail-oriented Tech Support Operations Specialist to manage RMA processes, coordinate shipments and returns, and maintain inventory accuracy. The role involves processing RMA sales orders, tracking replacement items, monitoring inventory, generating reports, and processing payments within Oracle ERP and OA systems. This position requires 2+ years of international logistics operations experience and hands-on experience with Oracle ERP and Microsoft Excel. Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential for collaborating with various internal teams and partners to ensure smooth after-sales operations and excellent customer support.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tech Support Operations Specialist to join our team. This role plays a key part in managing RMA processes, coordinating shipments and returns, and maintaining inventory accuracy. You will work closely with our warehouses, HQ, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth after-sales operations and excellent customer support.

What You’ll Do

Process and manage RMA sales orders in the ERP system.
Coordinate shipping, receiving, and tracking of replacement and repair items.
Update and maintain RMA records in the ERP system.
Monitor and forecast inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment.
Generate and submit regular reports (RMA, inventory, defective battery recycling, etc.).
Process payments in the OA system and support ERP system optimization.
Collaborate with sales, tech support, accounting, and warehouse teams to resolve operational issues.

What We’re Looking For

Certificate in Supply Chain and Logistics Management is preferred.
2+ years of international logistics operations experience.
Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
