Role summary
Rubrik is seeking a high-energy, results-driven IT Contract Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. This role manages full-lifecycle recruiting for complex IT and technology positions, including Program Managers, AI Architects, and AI Engineers. Responsibilities include sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, partnering with IT hiring managers, ensuring a world-class candidate experience, and staying informed on IT hiring trends. Requires 5+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruitment experience with a deep understanding of core IT skill sets and proficiency in ATS and sourcing tools.
