  • DevOps & Security: Coordinate automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) deployments. Ensure adherence to basic security hygiene (IAM, encryption, vulnerability patching) and industry compliance regulations (SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
  • Project Governance & ITSM: Lead core PM knowledge areas (scope, scheduling, risk identification, resources, and quality management) while implementing IT Service Management (ITIL) processes, including change management, incident resolution, SLAs, and post-deployment support.
  • Financial & Stakeholder Alignment: Manage IT Capex vs. Opex budgets, estimate cloud cost consumption, oversee software licensing models, and translate technical complexity into executive-level business impacts while managing third-party vendors.
