Role summary

A Program Manager is needed to lead the Permitting, Licensing, and Certifications (PLC) Enterprise Initiative. This role involves managing large-scale, cross-functional programs across multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring alignment and successful delivery. Key responsibilities include defining program vision and strategy, establishing governance, managing roadmaps, identifying risks and dependencies, providing leadership reporting, and overseeing budgeting and financial tracking. Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models, along with tools like Confluence, Azure DevOps, and SharePoint, is required. Experience with State Government projects and certifications like PMP or Scrum Master are highly preferred.

90% Remote (Telework Eligible)

Schedule:
37.5 hrs/week (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 1-hour unpaid lunch)

This role involves managing

spanning multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring seamless execution, alignment, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Own
end-to-end delivery
of complex, multi-workstream programs
- Define program
vision, structure, and execution strategy
- Drive alignment across:
- Product
- Engineering
- UX
- Project teams
- Vendors & stakeholders
- Establish
program governance model
and decision-making cadence
- Develop and manage a
master integrated roadmap
- Identify and manage:
- Dependencies
- Risks
- Issues
- Blockers
- Provide
clear and structured reporting
to leadership
- Manage
budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking
, and vendor accountability

Required Skills

- Strong experience as a
Program Manager / Portfolio Manager
- Deep understanding of:
- Agile
- Waterfall
- Hybrid delivery models
- Hands-on experience with tools such as:
- Confluence
- Azure DevOps
- SharePoint
- Proven track record managing:
- Large-scale
- Multi-year
- Multi-million-dollar programs

Preferred Qualifications (Highly Important)

- PMP or Scrum Master Certification
- Experience working with
State Government projects
- Salesforce experience
