Program Manager / Product Manager

As a Program Manager / Product Manager, you’ll own the strategy and lifecycle for a portfolio of RF, DSP, and FPGA-based COTS products. You’ll build a competitive roadmap, and work closely with engineering, sales, and programming teams to deliver differentiated features and support go-to-market execution. Our client is a global leader in rugged, open-architecture embedded computing for mission-critical defense, aerospace, industrial, and commercial applications.

What You’ll Do

• Own and maintain product strategy for RF/DSP and FPGA solutions within the overall product system.

• Develop multi-year roadmaps aligned to industry trends and evolving customer needs.

• Conduct competitive analysis across relevant form factors (VPX, FMC/FMC+, SOM) to inform differentiation.

• Author business cases and product requirements for new and next-generation offerings.

• Lead kickoff and cross-functional alignment for new product development (NPD) launches and NPI execution.

• Oversee portfolio performance, customer/partner engagement, secure customer interactions, and support technical marketing (presentations, collateral, and training).

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s preferred) from an accredited college or university.

• 7+ years of experience in RF, DSP, FPGA, embedded computing, and/or defense markets.

• Ability to build and justify multi-year business cases and influence cross-functional stakeholders (including leadership) without direct reports.

• Deep technical expertise in FPGA architectures, RF system design/performance, digital signal processing, and packaging.

• Experience defining product concepts and requirements (including Military Standards) and driving NPI/NPD launches.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for customers, partners, sales, and internal teams; self-starter, inclusive, highly motivated.
