Program Manager

The ideal candidate has strong program management experience in financial services or enterprise IT, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, influence stakeholders, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT programs from initiation through implementation and stabilization.
• Develop program plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, risks, and status reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, infrastructure, security, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Manage scope, timelines, issues, risks, and change requests throughout the program lifecycle.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings, stakeholder reviews, and executive communications.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Track program metrics and provide regular progress updates to leadership.
• Support vendor coordination, third-party delivery, and contractual deliverables where applicable.
• Identify process improvements and drive operational excellence across programs.
• Ensure successful handoff to support and operations teams after implementation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT project or program management.
• Proven experience managing large, cross-functional technology programs.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and enterprise IT environments.
• Experience with budget tracking, RAID management, and executive reporting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, banking, or regulated industries.
• PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
• Experience with cybersecurity, cloud migration, infrastructure, or application modernization programs.
• Knowledge of risk management, compliance, and audit processes.
