Role summary
SeatGeek is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the end-to-end fan experience, from initial marketing touchpoints through landing and checkout. This role focuses on unifying a fragmented journey across multiple teams and surfaces, ensuring consistency in features like price display, fee transparency, and trust signals. The Lead PM will drive strategy, influence roadmaps of partner teams, and leverage data and AI to optimize discovery, landing pages, and cross-cutting features. Success requires strong analytical, experimentation, and communication skills, with a focus on driving impact through influence. Experience in consumer e-commerce, marketplaces, or travel, particularly with acquisition funnels and growth, is essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with cross-surface feature consistency, product quality monitoring, and live events ticketing.
SeatGeek believes live events are powerful experiences that unite humans. With our technological savvy and fan-first attitude we’re simplifying and modernizing the ticketing industry.
By catering to both fans and rightsholders, we're powering a new, open entertainment ecosystem where fans have effortless access to experiences, and venues have seamless access to their audiences. Because everyone should expect more from ticketing.
Most fans don't start their ticket search on SeatGeek. They start with a conversation with ChatGPT, a Google search, an Instagram ad, a team's website, an email, or a link from a friend. What happens in the first few seconds after they land decides whether they find their tickets with us or go back to searching.
Today that journey spans many surface areas and responsible teams. We're looking for a Lead Product Manager to focus on the end to end experience, from the first touchpoint through landing and onto the event page, including fans who leave and come back. Once fans land, you'll also own the consistency of the features that follow them across every surface, such as price display and fee transparency, credits and incentives, notifications, saved and followed events, and our guarantee and trust signals. Fans meet these everywhere, yet no single team owns them.
This role doesn't have its own squad. You'll deliver through other teams' roadmaps. That means setting the strategy, making the case, and partnering closely with PMs, engineering and design leads, and marketers to turn a fragmented journey into one experience. If you're energized by impact through influence rather than direct ownership of a single surface, this role is for you.
