Why Join Sensi.AI
Sensi.AI is transforming the world of home care through agentic AI - and we’re just getting started. As a hyper-growth startup, every team member has the opportunity to make a real impact on people’s lives while working as part of a global, collaborative team in a flexible hybrid environment.
About the Role
As a Senior Product Designer at Sensi.AI, you will take full ownership of the product’s user experience in a fast-paced startup environment. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and enjoys shaping complex, data-driven products from concept to production.
You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering to design intuitive experiences across web and mobile, with direct impact on how businesses and end users interact with our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the business, users, and product context in a fast-moving startup environment
- Own the design process end-to-end: from discovery and concept through wireframes, flows, UI, micro-copy, and production
- Translate complex product and data requirements into clear, intuitive experiences across web and mobile applications
- Identify usability and UX challenges and solve them with smart, simple, and scalable design solutions
- Lead design work in ambiguous problem spaces, taking strong ownership and making decisions independently
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to align user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI), with senior-level ownership of complex products
- Proven experience taking products from 0 to 1 and designing large-scale, complex platforms
- Experience designing B2B or B2B2C SaaS products, across web and mobile
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including building and maintaining design systems
- Strong foundation in interaction design, usability, and user-centered design
- Hands-on experience with modern AI-assisted design-to-code workflows (prototyping in code, working directly with engineering on implementation)
- Experience with user research, testing, and iterative design
- Strong ownership and independence: comfortable making decisions in ambiguity and balancing design quality with business and technical constraints
- A portfolio that shows your end-to-end process, from problem definition to shipped product
