Role summary
ServiceMaster DSI, the largest ServiceMaster franchise globally, is seeking Restoration Technicians in Tampa, FL. This full-time role involves responding to and mitigating various damage types including water, fire, smoke, mold, and vandalism. Responsibilities include driving a company vehicle, performing light demolition, water extraction, cleaning services, and content management. Technicians must adhere to regulations and quality standards, provide excellent customer service, and become proficient in restoration techniques. The position requires a valid driver's license, ability to travel, physical stamina for lifting 50+ lbs, and passing a drug and background check. Previous restoration experience and certifications are a plus.

- Drive a company vehicle to locations designated by customers.
- Execute all work to meet or exceed applicable federal, state and local regulations and company and customer quality standards while providing world-class customer service.
- Become proficient in fire and water restoration, as well as mold abatement.
- Respond to water jobs and initiate water mitigation according to IICRC and ServiceMaster standards.
