At Shields Health Solutions, we're redefining specialty pharmacy care by helping patients access and stay on life-changing therapies. We're seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead and grow our pharmacy operation in Jacksonville, Florida.

We're especially interested in pharmacists with leadership experience in ambulatory care, outpatient pharmacy, pediatric pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, or hospital-based clinical services. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes while leading a high-performing team in a rapidly growing healthcare organization.

Location: Jacksonville, FL (Onsite Monday-Friday)

What You'll Do

Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations while maintaining a strong focus on patient care and clinical outcomes

Manage, mentor, and develop pharmacists and pharmacy technicians

Partner with physicians, nurses, clinic leaders, and health system stakeholders

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and company policies

Support specialty, ambulatory, and outpatient pharmacy growth initiatives

Drive operational excellence, quality improvement, patient satisfaction, and performance metrics

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Active Pharmacist license in good standing (Florida license preferred or ability to obtain)

PharmD or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited program

Five or more years of pharmacist experience

Previous leadership experience as a Pharmacy Manager, Supervisor, Clinical Coordinator, Lead Pharmacist, or similar role

Experience leading, coaching, and developing pharmacy teams

Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and quality standards

Proven ability to collaborate with physicians, providers, and healthcare stakeholders

Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills

Passion for improving patient outcomes and advancing pharmacy services
