Skilled Wound Care is seeking motivated MDs or DOs to work as independent contractors providing mobile wound care to geriatric patients in nursing facilities. This role offers true autonomy, zero overhead, and no call or weekend duties, allowing physicians to focus on pure medicine. Full-time physicians can expect an average starting pay of $220,000 - $250,000 annually, with potential earnings up to $300,000+. Comprehensive training and support are provided, including CME conferences. Requires an active Texas medical license and DEA license. Board certification is not required.

As a mobile wound care physician and independent contractor, you will provide critical, hands-on care to a vulnerable geriatric population in nursing facilities. You make the clinical decisions. You manage your outcomes. We handle the rest.

Compensation & Comprehensive Support

Pay Structure: Per-patient visit pay, per-procedure pay.

Requirements

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

Active, clear, and unrestricted Texas medical license.

Active and unrestricted DEA license.

Note: You do not need to have completed a full residency program and do not need to be Board Certified/Eligible to thrive in this role.
