Role summary
SMCP is seeking a passionate Operations Associate for their Sandro store at NorthPark Center in Dallas, Texas. This role is crucial for ensuring "back of the house" operational efficiency to enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities include administrative tasks, merchandise processing, inventory control, visual merchandising, asset protection, and sales floor support. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of prior sales support experience, strong organization and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication. Bilingualism is a plus.
