Role summary
SMCP is seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Keyholder for its Maje store in Century City, California. This part-time role supports the Store Leadership Team in ensuring the smooth operation of the store. Responsibilities include sales, opening/closing functions, cash reconciliation, goal setting, customer issue resolution, and supporting new hires. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of service experience, some retail supervisory experience, a passion for customer service, strong communication skills, and is fashion-savvy. The position offers competitive hourly pay, commission, benefits, and generous discounts.

The Keyholder role will allow you to use your prior selling and supervisory experience to carry out essential sales and opening/closing functions including: cash reconciliation, distribution of daily sales goals, KPI reminders, store safety, customer issue resolution, new hire support, operational tasks, and other miscellaneous leadership duties in the absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
