Role summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking a Clinical Therapist to join their team in Rockville, MD. This hybrid role offers a collaborative, clinician-centered environment with comprehensive support, including administrative, billing, and marketing assistance. The therapist will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and/or children, including crisis intervention and timely documentation. Compensation & Benefits

  • $70,000 - $90,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

    • What You Bring

  • Active, independent license in MD (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
  • Experience in direct clinical care
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment

  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based care
  • Work with adults, young adults, and/or children
  • Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions
  • Complete timely, accurate documentation
