Role summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking a Clinical Therapist to join their team in Central Park, Colorado. This full-time, onsite role offers a salary range of $60,000 - $100,000+ and includes comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and PTO. The therapist will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and/or children, support patients in crisis, and complete timely documentation. A valid Colorado license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC) and experience in direct clinical care are required. The position emphasizes a collaborative, clinician-centered environment with built-in referrals and administrative support.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $60,000 - $100,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

    • What You Bring

  • Active, independent license in Colorado (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
  • Experience in direct clinical care
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment

  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based care

  • Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions
  • Complete timely, accurate documentation
