Role summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking a Psychiatric Clinician to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and/or children. The role involves medication management, crisis intervention, and timely documentation. Candidates must hold an active, licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in NY and an active DEA license. Preferred experience includes 2+ years in medication management. The position offers a collaborative, clinician-centered environment with comprehensive support, competitive compensation, and benefits. This hybrid role is based in Forest Hills, NY.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $145,000 - $233,400+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

    • What You Bring

  • Active, Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in NY
  • Active DEA license in NY
  • Active NPI number
  • Experience in direct clinical care
  • 2+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
