Role summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking a Clinical Therapist to join their team in Westminster, Colorado. This role involves providing high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and/or children, including crisis intervention and timely documentation. The position offers a collaborative, clinician-centered environment with comprehensive administrative support, competitive compensation ($60,000 - $100,000+), and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and an annual CEU budget. Candidates must hold an active, independent license in Colorado (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC) and possess strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $60,000 - $100,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

    • What You Bring

  • Active, independent license in Colorado (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
  • Experience in direct clinical care
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

  • Complete timely, accurate documentation
