Role summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking a Psychiatric Clinician (Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner) to join their team in Hauppauge. This role involves providing high-quality, evidence-based mental health care, including medication management, to adults, young adults, and children. The position offers a collaborative, clinician-centered environment with comprehensive administrative support, competitive compensation, and benefits. Key requirements include an active NY Licensed PMHNP, DEA license, NPI number, strong clinical judgment, and communication skills. Experience in medication management is highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $145,000 - $233,400+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

    • What You Bring

  • Active, Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in NY
  • Active DEA license in NY
  • Active NPI number
  • Experience in direct clinical care
  • 2+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment
