Role summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking a Clinical Therapist to join their team in Silver Spring, MD. This role involves providing high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and/or children, including crisis intervention and timely documentation. The position offers a collaborative, clinician-centered environment with administrative, billing, and marketing support, along with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and an annual CEU budget. The ideal candidate will possess an active, independent license in MD (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC) and experience in direct clinical care, strong clinical judgment, and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $70,000 - $90,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

  • Active, independent license in MD (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
