Role summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking a Clinical Therapist to join their team in Washington D.C. This role involves providing high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and/or children, including crisis intervention. The position requires an active, independent license in D.C. (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC) and experience in direct clinical care. Successful candidates will possess strong clinical judgment and communication skills, and thrive in a collaborative team environment. The role offers a hybrid work model with office space provided. Compensation ranges from $70,000 - $90,000+ annually, with comprehensive benefits and support.

    • What You Bring

  • Active, independent license in D.C. (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
  • Experience in direct clinical care
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment

  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based care
  • Work with adults, young adults, and/or children
  • Support patients in crisis with appropriate interventions
  • Complete timely, accurate documentation
