Role summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking an Associate Therapist to provide outpatient therapy to a diverse client population. This role offers built-in clinical supervision for licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC) and structured career development. The ideal candidate has pre-independent licensure in MD, experience in direct clinical care, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include utilizing evidence-based approaches and collaborating with a supportive team. The position is hybrid, based in Frederick, MD, with a salary range of $47,500 – $86,000+.

$47,500 – 86,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

What You Bring

Pre-Independently licensed in MD (working toward LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)

Experience in direct clinical care (Internship experience counts)

Strong communication skills

Eagerness to learn and grow as a clinician
