Role summary

SOL Mental Health is seeking a Clinical Therapist to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to adults, young adults, and/or children. The role involves supporting patients in crisis with appropriate interventions and completing timely, accurate documentation. Candidates must hold an active, independent license in VA (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC) and have experience in direct clinical care, strong clinical judgment, and communication skills. This is a hybrid role based in Fairfax, offering a collaborative, clinician-centered environment with administrative, billing, and marketing support, along with competitive compensation and benefits.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $70,000 - $90,000+ inclusive of a guarantee plus clinical hour-based incentives

    • What You Bring

  • Active, independent license in VA (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
