The Jasper of Mansfield, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a Weekend Life Enrichment Coordinator for their Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This role involves interacting with residents, families, and staff, ensuring resident safety and rights, and supporting independent recreation. Life Enrichment Coordinator Responsibilities include:
- Interacts with residents, families, staff, and other visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous.
- Ensure that residents are free from abuse (physicals, verbal and sexual).
- Supports resident independent recreation, based on individual preferences.
- Ensures the residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with the residents' service plan.
- Attends all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State and Federal guidelines.
