Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement cross‑functional, multi‑platform application systems.
• Deliver clean, testable, and secure code aligned with modern engineering standards.
• Participate in inclusive code reviews that foster learning and shared ownership.
• Build Proof‑of‑Concept solutions and reusable patterns to accelerate innovation.
• Prepare and maintain architecture, design, and system documentation.
• Collaborate respectfully with onshore and offshore engineering partners.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Bamboo and GitHub Actions.
• Write and maintain automated unit tests to ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Engage fully in Agile ceremonies and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and psychological safety.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of related experience; BS/MS degree preferred or equivalent.
• 3+ years of professional Java development experience with clean, maintainable design.
• Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, MongoDB).
• Hands‑on expertise with Spring or Spring Boot frameworks.
• Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices in cloud environments.
• CI/CD pipeline development experience (Bamboo, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, Travis CI).
• Knowledge of distributed systems, integration patterns (RabbitMQ, Kafka), and unit testing frameworks (JUnit).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills in Agile settings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools to enhance code quality, automate testing, or accelerate development.
• Familiarity with cloud‑native development and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to monitoring and performance tools (AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, DataDog, PCF metrics).
• Background in TDD/BDD with frameworks such as Cucumber or Selenium.
• Front‑end development experience with Angular or React.
