Role summary
SpaceX is seeking an Integration & Test Specialist for their Starlink Propulsion team. This role focuses on improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) in propulsion manufacturing. Responsibilities include operating and troubleshooting production test systems, supporting various tests, identifying root causes of equipment failures, and implementing design and process changes to enhance yield, performance, and cost. The position requires hands-on technical experience, with preferred skills in electronic testing, fabrication tools, CAD software, and various software environments like Linux and Python. A high school diploma or equivalency is required, with an engineering degree preferred.
SpaceX was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. Today SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of enabling human life on Mars.
INTEGRATION & TEST SPECIALIST (STARLINK PROPULSION) – 1ST SHIFT

Enabled by a constellation of low Earth orbit satellites, Starlink will provide fast, reliable internet to populations with little or no connectivity, including those in rural communities and places where existing services are too expensive or unreliable. We are looking for a talented specialist to join our propulsion manufacturing team to lead continuous Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) improvement.
