Special Tree Rehabilitation System is seeking a full-time Hospitality Services Team Coordinator in Romulus, MI. This hands-on leadership role serves as a primary support for Dietary, Laundry, Housekeeping, and Warehouse teams, covering staff absences, training new employees, and conducting quality inspections. The coordinator will assist with administrative tasks, communicate expectations, and support the Hospitality Services Manager with daily operations and problem-solving. The position requires a High School Diploma, strong communication, organization, and leadership skills, with hospitality experience being preferred. Flexibility and the ability to work independently are essential.

Job Details: Job Location: NCC - Romulus, MI, Salary Range: $18.00Hourly, #ST2022 Hospitality Services Team Coordinator Special Tree Rehabilitation System – Romulus, MI $18.00/Hour | Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week Special Tree is seeking a Hospitality Services Team Coordinator to serve as an extension of management and a go-to resource for our Dietary, Laundry, Housekeeping, and Warehouse teams. This is a hands-on leadership position that combines direct support in Hospitality functions with training, administrative, and quality responsibilities. Responsibilities Serve as a go-to resource and first line of support for Hospitality staff. Provide hands-on coverage and work alongside staff in Dietary, Laundry, Housekeeping, and Warehouse. Be first in line to cover unscheduled absences and staffing needs. Train and orient new Hospitality employees. Conduct routine and special audits, checklists, and quality inspections. Assist with administrative and technical tasks across Hospitality departments. Communicate assignments, expectations, and goals. Support the Hospitality Services Manager with daily operations and problem-solving. Schedule 40 hours per week 5:00 AM–1:00 PM or 12:00 PM–8:00 PM Rotating Saturday or additional day/weekend coverage may be required. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Hospitality experience preferred (Dietary, Laundry, Housekeeping, and/or Warehouse). Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working hands-on with staff. Ability to work independently while supporting management and department operations.
