Role summary

Children's Dentistry of Cherry Creek is seeking an energetic and positive Patient Coordinator to be the welcoming face of their dental practice. This role involves managing patient check-ins, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for children and families. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of dental front desk experience, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a naturally bubbly, outgoing personality. Knowledge of dental insurance is a plus. This is a full-time, 4-day workweek position with alternating long weekends.

The Schedule — One of the Best Perks!

Enjoy a 4-day workweek with alternating long weekends!

Only 4 days a week!

30–32 hours per week, Full Time

Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch

Alternating Mondays and Fridays OFF!

That's right! Our schedule alternates between having Mondays and Fridays off, giving you the opportunity to enjoy regular 3-day weekends!

What You'll Be Doing

Welcoming patients and families with a warm smile and upbeat attitude

Managing patient check-ins and ensuring a smooth, positive arrival experience

Answering phones with professionalism, friendliness, and enthusiasm

Assisting with scheduling and coordinating appointments

Verifying and updating patient information

Communicating effectively with parents, patients, and team members

Helping keep our front desk organized, efficient, and running smoothly

Creating a fun, welcoming environment where families feel comfortable and valued

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1–2 years of front desk experience in a dental office required

A naturally bubbly, outgoing, high-energy personality

Someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and families

A positive attitude

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

A dependable, motivated team player who takes initiative

Someone who can remain calm, friendly, and professional even on the busiest days

Bonus Qualifications — A Big Plus!

Knowledge of dental insurance plans, benefits, and coverage

Experience navigating dental insurance portals to verify eligibility and benefits

Familiarity with insurance terminology, deductibles, maximums, and patient estimates

Insurance experience is a plus but not required. A great personality, strong customer service skills, and previous dental front desk experience are our top priorities!
