Role summary

Yukon Kids Dental is looking for a licensed Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join their pediatric dental team. The role involves assisting dentists during procedures, taking radiographs, preparing treatment rooms, educating patients and parents on oral hygiene, and maintaining clinical records. The ideal candidate will have current RDA licensure in Oklahoma, strong communication and patient-care skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Pediatric dental experience and radiography certification are preferred.

    • Experience & Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the dentist chairside during pediatric dental procedures
  • Take dental radiographs and intraoral images in accordance with state regulations
  • Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and sterilization protocols
  • Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate clinical charting and documentation
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

    • Requirements:

  • Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in Oklahoma required
  • Pediatric dental experience preferred
  • Radiography certification required or willingness to obtain
  • Strong communication and patient-care skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
