Specsavers is seeking an Audiology Joint Venture Partner for a new business opportunity in Cobram, VIC. This role involves establishing and owning an audiology practice within a growing regional community, backed by the Specsavers brand. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of post-QP clinical experience, hold or be eligible for full membership with Audiology Australia or ACAud, and possess strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills. The position offers a guaranteed salary of $120,000 AUD plus super, with potential for monthly profit share and long-term share value. Comprehensive business and clinical support will be provided.

Remuneration & Benefits
- Guaranteed salary $120,000 + super

About You
- Hold (or be eligible to hold) a Qualified Practitioner number and full membership with Audiology Australia or ACAud
- Have 2+ years’ post‑QP clinical experience
- Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and relationship‑building skills
