Role summary

Sploot is seeking a Veterinarian for its Urgent Care and General Practice clinic. The role offers flexible scheduling (3/10s, 3/12s, 4/10s, or rotating weeks), a highly skilled nursing team, and collaborative medical support. Responsibilities include providing high-quality veterinary medicine, managing a balanced caseload of urgent care and wellness cases, and utilizing strong pre-visit triage. A DVM/VMD license in Colorado is required. Experience in surgeries and dentals is a plus. The position offers a base salary of $130,000-$160,000, a ProSal model with production bonuses, comprehensive benefits including 100% employer-paid medical insurance, 401(k) with match, generous PTO, paid parental leave, and CE reimbursement.
