Role summary

Sploot is seeking a Veterinarian for its Urgent Care and General Practice clinic. The role offers flexible scheduling (3/10s, 4/10s, or rotating weeks), a supportive nursing team with a 3:1 ratio, and 45-minute appointments to ensure high-quality patient care without the chaos of overbooked schedules. Collaboration with Medical Directors is encouraged. The ideal candidate is a licensed DVM/VMD in Colorado (or eligible), comfortable with asking questions and continuous learning. Experience in surgeries and dentals is a plus. The position offers a competitive salary range of $130,000-$160,000, a ProSal model, sign-on/relocation bonuses, comprehensive benefits including 100% employer-paid medical insurance, 401(k) with match, generous PTO, paid parental leave, and CE reimbursement.
