- Data: Stand up and run DC3's enterprise data governance framework, including data models, data quality standards, and an enterprise data catalog.
- Cloud: Design and manage hybrid and multi-cloud (AWS/Azure) solutions at DoD Impact Levels 4, 5, and 6.
- Customer: Brief government stakeholders on architecture decisions, risks, and roadmaps, and partner with engineering teams to deliver them.

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the last 10 years in EACH of the following (contract requirement):
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-scale IT solutions in a DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) environment.
- Hands-on development of architectural artifacts in accordance with the DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF).
- Developing and implementing an enterprise data governance framework, including data modeling, data quality management, and establishing a data catalog.
- Designing and managing solutions within hybrid-cloud and multi-cloud (AWS/Azure) environments at DoD Impact Levels 4, 5, and 6. - Active TS/SCI clearance.

Ideally You Also Have:

- DoD 8140-qualifying certification (e.g., CISSP, Security+).
- Experience supporting DC3, USCYBERCOM, or other DoD cyber organizations.
- A collaborative communicator who can translate complex architecture into clear decisions for leadership.
