### Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the integration process for Delivery Engine (DE) teams post-acquisition, ensuring seamless operational and cultural alignment
• Develop and implement a robust system for tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance accountability across the organization
• Design and scale a development organization to be highly productive and scalable, enhancing team efficiency and adaptability
• Implement diverse delivery methodologies to enhance product delivery efficiency, ensuring timely and cost-effective results
• Align resources, commitments, and stakeholder expectations efficiently to deliver high-value project outputs and solutions

• 2+ years of experience in ai proficiency
• 10+ years of experience in agile methodology/scrum
• 2+ years of experience in development strategy
• Experience in qa methodology
