Role summary

GroupeSTAHL, a family-owned international manufacturer and distributor in custom textile printing, seeks a 1st Shift Operations Support employee to maintain competitiveness through modern manufacturing and sales techniques. The role involves operating a printing press for Plastisol Ink products, managing job setups and teardowns, prioritizing work based on the shipping schedule, performing quality checks, and communicating with the Floor Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of screen printing processes, good communication skills, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, manual dexterity, basic math and computer skills, and a quality-minded, flexible attitude.   • Operating a printing press for Plastisol Ink products
  • Set-up, teardown between jobs
  • Prioritizing and completing work based on shipping schedule
  • Quality checks
  • Communicating needs/suggestions/concerns to Floor Supervisor
  • Assisting in other areas when the business requires
  • Other duties as assigned

    • What we are looking for:

  • An understanding of, or willingness to learn Screen Print processes.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs., walk, bend regularly and be on your feet all shift.
  • Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment
  • Quality-minded
  • Flexibility of schedule and the ability to work overtime daily as needed.
  • A willingness to embrace change and learn new skills.
