This hands-on role involves data transformation, visualization, and modeling, leveraging technologies like GenAI and Databricks. Responsibilities include designing and delivering executive-ready dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI, applying statistical techniques like regression modeling, and communicating findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Specific duties of the position include

  • Establish new ways of leveraging both existing and emerging technologies, such as GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot) and data lake house (e.g., Databricks), to accelerate analysis, enable new insights, and improve workflows, resulting in deepened insights being delivered at the leadership level
    • Transform large, multi-source, global datasets with varying structures into a single, coherent data model to support deeper analysis
    • Apply advanced machine learning techniques, such as regression modeling, to uncover and quantify the drivers of employee behavior and outcomes
