Product Designer, Growth
Role summary
Stripe is seeking a Product Designer focused on Growth to create industry-leading experiences that reduce user onboarding friction. This role involves understanding Stripe's product suite, customer needs, and AI/ML developments to influence growth strategy. Responsibilities include contributing to customer acquisition, conversion, and retention efforts, championing design within the growth team, and collaborating with engineering, product, and user research teams to design, build, and launch user-facing products. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field, 4 years of design experience, and specific experience in growth domains, user testing, data interpretation, UI/UX software, and software development collaboration.

Minimum requirements
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Design, Product Development, or a related field, plus 4 years of experience in Design.
Must also have experience in each of the following: Three years of experience in:
2 years of experience in crafting end to end user-focused onboarding journeys and creating compelling product demos, alongside developing solutions for growth-related domains.
Salary: $175,200 - $262,800/yr
This salary range represents the base salary range for the role and any sales commissions/sales bonuses targets, if applicable, would be in addition to the base salary.
40 hrs/week
50% Telecommuting permitted.
