This high-impact, performance-based role offers unlimited earning potential through a generous commission structure, with pre-scheduled, qualified leads provided. The ideal candidate is personable, passionate about home improvement, and possesses a proven sales track record. Responsibilities include conducting in-home consultations, delivering compelling sales presentations, closing deals, achieving sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer service. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends are required. Experience in home improvement or construction is preferred.

Job Overview:

Compensation and Benefits – Compensation range $150K-$300K total earnings (uncapped). Competitive commission opportunities and full suite of benefits (healthcare, dental, vision, 401K match, etc)

The Field Sales Representative plays a key role in guiding homeowners through the remodeling journey by offering expert recommendations on roofing, siding, window and decking upgrades. This is a high-impact, performance-based role ideal for individuals who are personable, motivated, and passionate about home improvement and sales. The position includes pre-scheduled, qualified leads and unlimited earning potential through a generous commission structure.

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to understand their goals and recommend appropriate exterior remodeling solutions
  • Present company products and services through clear, confident, and compelling sales presentations
  • Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, proposals, and sales activity in the CRM
  • Deliver exceptional customer service from initial consultation through project handoff
  • Follow up with prospects and clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential referral opportunities
  • Attend team meetings, training, and sales strategy sessions
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity

    • Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on homeowner availability
  • Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
  • Experience in home improvement, construction, or exterior remodeling
  • Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools
