**The Role**\
We’re looking for a **Growth Intern** to join our early team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll wear multiple hats: from building prospect lists and running outreach to onboarding new customers and supporting our startups program. You’ll work directly with the founders, get exposure to every part of go-to-market, and learn what it takes to grow a YC-backed startup from the ground up.
**What You’ll Do**
* Research and build prospect lists for potential customers
* Run outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.) and track responses
* Join intro calls and support customer meetings
* Help onboard new customers and make sure they’re successful
* Nurture relationships in Waldium’s **Startups Program**
* Experiment with different growth tactics and report on what works
**What We’re Looking For**
* Strong interest in startups, AI, and growth
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to hustle
* Organized and reliable with follow-ups and task management
* Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer success is a plus but not required
