Substack is building a new economic engine for culture, giving the brightest, most interesting, and most creative people on the internet the power of their own publishing platform. The terms of our culture should not be set by gate-keeping legacy media or chaos-fueling social media, but by the people who make and participate in that culture. Substack's model, based on direct subscriptions, has fueled an explosion of independent publishing. It empowers creators with economic autonomy, creative ownership, and a direct connection to their most engaged audiences.About the Enterprise TeamOur team’s goal is to make Substack the default platform for the world’s most ambitious founders to build the media empires of tomorrow. We build features that help creators express their identity and brand, grow and understand their audiences, and run their businesses. We work closely with creators to understand their needs and turn those insights into features and reusable capabilities for the broader platform. Our work includes website customization, email automations, audience segmentation, analytics, external APIs, and more. You’ll take ownership of meaningful features while working closely with experienced engineers, designers, and product partners.Responsibilities
