About The Role
We are seeking a talented UX Designer II to join our team and contribute to the evolution and enhancement of our core product portfolio, with a primary focus on TrustedForm. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience, ensuring our products are intuitive, efficient, and aligned with customer needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and design to refine workflows, simplify complex interactions, and improve key user journeys. Your work will span from research and ideation to execution and iteration, directly impacting how our customers interact with TrustedForm and complete vital tasks within the platform. Embracing modern tools and emerging technologies, including AI-assisted design workflows, you will support research, ideation, and continuous improvement initiatives to advance our UX standards and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business and user needs.
Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in UX design within a B2B SaaS environment
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
• Experience translating complex product requirements into intuitive user experiences
• Proven ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to articulate design rationale effectively
• Experience working closely with product managers and engineering teams
• Familiarity with data-driven products or operational workflows is a plus
• Experience with AI-assisted tools or workflows supporting research, ideation, or UX writing is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage individual design projects within the Core Products portfolio, from research and ideation to execution and iteration
• Design and enhance user experiences across TrustedForm workflows and features
• Partner with cross-functional teams to simplify complex product interactions and optimize key user journeys
• Utilize user research, feedback, and product insights to refine and validate design solutions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with ActiveProspect’s brand and UX standards
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement user-centered solutions that improve usability and product efficiency
• Identify friction points within existing workflows and propose innovative design solutions to improve clarity and usability
• Support UX department initiatives by sharing prior experience, enhancing processes, conducting research, and contributing to team growth
• Advocate for user-centered design principles while balancing business objectives and technical constraints
