Role summary

Soccer Stars is seeking energetic and accountable individuals to coach children aged 2-6 in a fun, non-competitive soccer program. While soccer experience is not required, a patient and punctual demeanor is essential. Coaches will work weekday mornings and afternoons, traveling to various locations in the Dallas area. The role focuses on using soccer to build self-confidence, develop teamwork, and improve socialization skills in young children. Prior experience with children is preferred.

Set in a fun, non-competitive environment, Soccer Stars offers the nation’s most popular children’s soccer program for kids ages 1 and up. Backed by 20 years of experience, Soccer Stars offers a unique, age-specific curriculum that is crafted to improve soccer skills, build self-confidence, and develop socialization skills.
Your goal will be to teach soccer skills in a fun, non-competitive, educational environment at daycares, preschools, rec centers and private/public elementary schools. Our philosophy is to use soccer to nurture, build self-confidence, and develop teamwork in every class.
Must be able to work weekday mornings (9 - 11am) and afternoons (3 - 5pm); mandatory timeslots.
Punctual, energetic and patient demeanor is required for the position as you will work in preschools, daycares and rec centers.
Ability and willingness to travel throughout Dallas, Irving, Coppell, Farmers Branch, Addison and/or Carrollton for class locations.
Prior experience working with children is highly preferred, but not required.
Prior experience with Soccer (player or coach) is a +plus, but not required.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. & pass background check.

$20+ per hour contingent on experience and qualifications; range of 10 - 20 hrs. per week.
