Chief Innovation Officer

SES Corporation is looking for a Chief Innovation Officer (CIO) who will be responsible for developing end-to-end solutions in response to Federal agency and commercial requirements. Thorough understanding of enterprise software development, digital services, mobile infrastructure, cybersecurity and infrastructure is required. This position requires exceptional communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical colleagues and to provide technical leadership within the organization. The CIO will also be an integral part of the business development team, creating case studies, being lead technical writer for proposals, and creating compelling and innovative ground-up solutions to support delivery from concept fruition through contract execution.

· 12 years of relevant leadership experience

· BA/BS degree or equivalent

· Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and Program Manager level

· Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

· Candidate must be adaptive and flexible in an ever-changing customer environment

· Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time

· Excellent organizational, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
